\u2022 a trial user (freemium)
\u2022 an invited user (\u201cguest\u201d)<\/p>\n

This policy governs the conditions of use of the solution.<\/p>\n

It does not replace the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, special terms and conditions, SLAs or GDPR commitments, where applicable.<\/p>\n

2. ACCEPTANCE<\/strong>
Accessing the solution implies acceptance of this policy.
Acceptance occurs in particular:
\u2022 when an account is created
\u2022 when access is activated
\u2022 or when the solution is used<\/p>\n

3. SCOPE OF USE<\/strong>
The SHADLINE solution is intended for:
\u2022 crisis management
\u2022 business continuity
\u2022 secure communications
\u2022 sharing essential data<\/p>\n

Important limitation: the solution does not, on its own, constitute a complete business continuity or crisis management capability.<\/p>\n

Its effectiveness depends on:
\u2022 the Client’s organisation
\u2022 user preparation
\u2022 implementation of appropriate processes<\/p>\n

4. ACCESS AND SECURITY<\/strong>
The User undertakes to:
\u2022 keep their credentials confidential
\u2022 not share their access
\u2022 use a strong password
\u2022 enable the available security features
\u2022 report any suspected compromise of their account without delay
The User is responsible for all activity carried out through their account, except in the event of a proven technical failure attributable to the service.<\/p>\n

5. RULES OF USE<\/strong>
The User undertakes to:
\u2022 use the solution professionally or in accordance with its intended purpose
\u2022 not misuse the solution
\u2022 comply with their organisation’s internal rules, where applicable
\u2022 behave fairly towards other users<\/p>\n

In particular, the following are prohibited:
\u2022 distributing unlawful content
\u2022 disrupting operation of the service
\u2022 using the solution for fraudulent or malicious purposes
\u2022 attempting to access unauthorised workspaces or data
\u2022 circumventing the security mechanisms in place<\/p>\n

6. DATA AND CONTENT<\/strong>
The User is responsible for:
\u2022 the data they upload, share or consult
\u2022 its nature and sensitivity
\u2022 its compliance with applicable regulations<\/p>\n

The User undertakes to:
\u2022 share only information they are authorised to hold
\u2022 comply with applicable confidentiality rules
\u2022 avoid distributing data that is unnecessary for use of the solution<\/p>\n

SHADLINE does not review exchanged content in advance.<\/p>\n

7. INVITED USERS (GUESTS)<\/strong>
Invited users:
\u2022 access only the workspaces for which they are authorised
\u2022 use the solution under the responsibility of the organisation or user inviting them<\/p>\n

They are subject to the same rules of use as other users.<\/p>\n

8. ADMINISTRATION AND GOVERNANCE<\/strong>
When the solution is used within an organisation:
\u2022 access permissions are defined by the Client
\u2022 user management is the Client’s responsibility
\u2022 internal rules may supplement this policy<\/p>\n

9. NON-COMPLIANCE<\/strong>
Any breach of this policy may result in:
\u2022 suspension or removal of access
\u2022 internal measures within the organisation concerned<\/p>\n

10. CHANGES<\/strong>
This policy may be amended to reflect:
\u2022 developments in the solution
\u2022 lessons learned
\u2022 security requirements
The applicable version is the one available through the solution.<\/p>\n
